Early life:  travelled the world as BOAC stewardess, was a trainee journalist with SOUNDS music paper and then lived in Boston, Japan, Paris, Brussels, Lisbon whilst studying the OU in psychology;  graduated with Masters in Occupational Psychology – studying learning, training, assessment centres, culture change; in last year (of six) doing a doctorate on the Components of Successful Leaders at Lancaster University Management School with Professor Cary Cooper on The Components of Successful Leadership.  Author of four books.  Here are the projects she has led:IBM - coaching assignments and keynote address + chair of European Women's conference;BA - designed and ran mentoring programme for their top 300 managers;BBC - designed & ran series of workshops on ‘engagement’ for 500 operational staff;  BAE SYSTEMS - designed and run the training of their top 2,500 leaders to be coaches and their Chief Engineers to become Mentors;AMP - board intervention to work as a team, coaching of the CEO;PwC – assigned as “agent provocateur” of 40 Senior Partners to follow the values; Whitbread - board workshops to create the vision & values, trained HR teams in Assessment Centres and structured interviewing, created their competency models; British Medical Association – designed and ran culture-change to the Council;JP Morgan – leadership training to their ‘MD radar’ leaders globally;Marriott - culture change workshops of five days for 14,000 employees;KPMG - Transition to Partner development programme of four months, run annuallyDiageo – coached 12 of the top 90 and managed a team of coaches with another 40.Client testimonials are in the Testimonials pdf.
