The Butler acts as a PA trying to exceed in giving service and anticipating guest needs. Dealing with all the complaints a good Butler gives alternatives solutions, managing guest requests and working as a team within the Departments, checking as well the cleanliness and maintaining the rooms standards, coordinating the housekeepers and maids. Fully conversant with IT, Fire and bomb procedures will act as a Duty Mgr if necessary.Occasionally service at Buckingham Palace.
