In charge of other Registered Nurses, License Practical Nurses, Certified Nurses Aides, to ensure that all client care, medications, charting, nourishment's, and their meals were given,  and to ensure that these duties were administered, and documented correctly.  

I was in charge of the facility, and the client's visitors safety, to making sure that the doors were locked at night, all the necessary documentation was correctly filled out, taking head count of the clients, and workers, so that everyone one was accounted for. All client care is given safely, bathing, hygiene,  prescribed daily mobility plans where completed, and all of these medications were given, and correctly.

MDS Coordinator: I was in charge of the client's care plans, from assessing the patient's physical, cognitive, emotional, states by interviewing the client, family members, and past care plans, in order to provide the maximum care, and safety of the client's well being, and incorporate these findings into their updated care plan. This also included the client themselves participating in the choices of care that they wish to receive.

Before Nursing school, I was a Certified nurses aide, 1 then obtained my certified nurses Aide 2, worked in hospitals, nursing homes, Home Health Care, for about 10 years combined.
