·Led cross-functional groups in realignment of procedures for disability accommodation, OFCCP compliance, dispute resolution process, and labor relations.Also had 14 direct reports.

·Reduced fees and operating costs by 25% of $15 million budget by streamlining network of vendors and law firms and implementing early case assessment process.

·Directly handled construction labor issues and provided advice regarding contract negotiations, arbitrations, organizing campaigns, and related unfair labor practices charges.
