2015 – High Security & Technology Products Manufacturer - supplying the latest security technology products to clients such as NHS, Psychiatric Hospitals, HM Prison Service, UK Immigration, Ministry of Justice, Premier Football Stadiums. Worked alongside the Board of Directors & was instrumental in achieving an additional £2m sales growth in 12 months. I did this by researching & identifying new market sectors & new products to sell. Wrote a new marketing, sales and digital strategy. Trained staff in Sales & Key Account Management. Re-designed all sales & marketing literature.
2013 – 2014 – Automotive Wheel Manufacturer - supplying wheels for HGV’s, Coaches, Buses & Commercial Vehicles. Clients include Pirelli, Stage Coach, Arriva, Dunlop, ATS. Worked alongside the Board of Directors & was instrumental in achieving an additional £2.4m of sales in one year. I did this by researching the clients markets, its 100+ products & then implementing a new marketing, sales & digital strategy. Trained, coached & worked alongside the Sales & Marketing Team. Designed and built 4 new websites.
2012-2013 - Civil Engineering Company – supplying Civil Engineers to support various major infrastructure sectors. Clients include Network Rail, United Utilities, Manchester Airports Group, Carillion, Kier, Mitie, Amey. Worked alongside the Board of Directors to help this client start from a zero turnover. Created 2 new brands, numerous sales brochures, company literature, business cards & employee hand-out packs. Wrote a new marketing & digital strategy. Designed & built 2 web sites, managed & built up various social media platforms. Handled all Press campaigns & wrote & distributed numerous Press Releases. Client is now part of £162m group.
Projects Prior to 2012
Multi-National Veterinary & Pharmaceutical Company manufacturing and distributing Veterinary and medical products worldwide. Researched & Re-designed a number of branded "over the counter" FMCG products and their respective packaging. Products then launched into Boots, Tesco's & Asda. Designed a new website which linked to a database of 3000 vetinary products.
FM - Facilities Management Company supplying FM services to hospitals, primary care trusts, retail outlets & businesses. Developed a completely new business strategy. Re trained the existing sales team, whilst reinforcing and recruiting for new sales personnel. Increased sales growth by 45%. Profit levels up from 25% to 36%.
Patient Handling Equipment Company also providing complete interior design services. Clients such as Meridian, Four Seasons, Lifestyle, Westminster and Priory. Completely reviewed the overall sales, business and marketing strategy. Produced and developed a comprehensive marketing strategy, key account system and sales strategy for the group. Represented the client at exhibitions pitching for new business from Surgeons, Corporate Healthcare companies and the NHS.
