Leasing Agent Primary responsibility included the performance of all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, lease renewals and customer satisfaction. Working directly with prospective and current residents to achieve not only maximum occupancy but also, making sure that all choices made were happy ones. This included generating and handling traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation, and completing move-in paperwork and procedures as well as, lease renewals. Conducting daily site inspections. Ensuring that the physical aspects of the community meet established standards. Strong emphasis on Customer Service and Marketing. Worked hand in hand with the local police force to plan and execute a new program for neighborhood watch not only at private homes but now at apartments and town home communities.
