As a housekeeping lead I have been responsible for supervising, training and mentoring the housekeepers under my direction. I am responsible for helping to oversee 60 or more high-end homes in the  Sunriver Resort rental program, ensuring that they are properly cleaned, secured, and maintained . My duties have included transporting the cleaners, inspecting the homes, communicating with Property Management,  and maintaining excellent relationships with the home owners.

As the owner/operator in partnership with my husband and my mother, I cared for up to five elderly disabled people in my home. I trained and supervised our hourly employees, managed medications, maintained records for our residents, purchased supplies for the home, and provided hands-on care. I worked extensively with state agencies, medical professionals, and hospice for over 16 years.
