Major Responsibilities Manpower Planning: Formulating and freezing manpower planning for all Divisions on Eastern India basis. Planning for future manpower requirements and arranging to fill up such future positions. Acquisition: Streamlining Talent Acquisition process and policies and effectively improving quality of intakes. Responsible for Identify, empanel and develop strategic outsourcing partners, for recruitment, training and back office needs of the huge frontline personnel. Work involves sourcing profiles, matching with internal requirements, preliminary selection, panelling, interviews, salary fitment, negotiating terms etc. Talent management & Development: Designing and execution of induction programme across the Country with a success design as part of Organizational development. Create and implement training schedules and manage training delivery through a trainer Organisational restructuring in alignment with the growth plans of the Company. Exit Interview-Analysis and Preventive Action. Employee Relations and Human Resources Policies: Designed and implement Human Resource Policy-Policy Manual and Employee Handbook Performance Management-Responsible for annual performance review of all staff Introducing workplace environment improvement programme. Employee Counselling through Employee Satisfaction Survey. Grievance Handling. Set up Company owned branches across Eastern & North East India independently. Handling day to day office administration i.e. Housekeeping, guest & Hospitality, Ticketing & Transportation, mobile-CUG-landline connection, visiting card, I-Card etc. Handling the complete vendor management(office equipment, stationary etc) order processing flow from ordering stage to proper delivery, payments and maintenance.
