To purchase and arrange freight of all materials plant and equipment for a NZD$25m construction project including mobilisation and demobilisation.
- Purchasing of all equipment plant and materials for the contract including all National and International purchasing as required to source supplies.
- Administration Manager responsible for all air travel arrangements, payroll, financial reporting and supervision of administration staff.
- Mobilisation and demobilisation of all equipment and plant for project including arranging transportation, customs clearances and all necessary paperwork.
- Produce monthly costing, material status and budget reports.
- Estimate and price for other national contracts.
- Fill in for Mechanical Supervisor to manage workshop with five staff when required.
