Summary

Throughout my career I have gained extensive experience within the Insurance and Finance markets, starting as a Sales Executive and quickly working my way up to current CEO for a market leading German and UK Endowment Policy provider. I have been able to continually achieve organisational success within my current role, particularly throughout these difficult economic circumstances. I pride myself on my ability to rapidly learn and adapt to changing circumstances while being able to identify key improvements to working practices and procedures. I have also demonstrated through my career an innovative approach to maximise sales and profitability while remaining focussed on providing outstanding customer service and successfully delivering new market products.
