  • Currently working with Capstone Advisors for $50-$75 million correspondent facility Americap Equity Advisors for $35-$50 million correspondent facility.

* Funded $15 million dollar construction loan Reyen and Bardis Sacramento, CA.  Funded $13 million with Pacific West Homes for funding of 92 single family residences in Oroville,  CA

  • Kimbal Hill Homes and Crosswinds Homes for projects in Merced, Modesto, Portland, and Las Vegas.
  • Supervisory Responsibility:  for one administrative assistant. Intermediary for loan issues with the processing manger and underwriting manger, as well as interfacing with credit administration on major loan credits.

  • Specializing in site selection, acquisition and development. Interface with various Conduit Programs including Commercial, Single-Family, and Multi-Family for loan placement and funding.  90% of all project were income producing properties.
  • Feasibility analysis due diligence for anticipated financing on hotels, office, retail, industrial and apartment buildings and equity participation's.
  •   Work closely with various asset managers and listing agents as to property disposition, equity investment and sales. Third party review and analysis of appraisals, environmental, and property inspection reports.
  •  Supervisory Responsibility: Managed a team of loan originators; 4 processors and 2 underwriters and one administrative person.

  •  Production expert for interim construction loans, mini perms, equity and conduit financing.
  •  Increased real estate production for Los Angeles Regional Office by 315%.  Originated, processed underwrote and funded the largest interim construction, mini-perm loan in Bank's history. Project encompassed 432 units located in Riverside, CA and was completed and leased on schedule with no delays.
  •  Worked directly with Legacy/Whitehall Fund for construction of 2 phase R & D projects located in San Jose.  Organized a 10 year fixed rate conduit program with Morgan Stanley New York.

Projects  included:  Call Corporation self storage facility 135,000 S.F.;  Scottsdale Arizona Office Building, $8,250,000;  City of Ventura, 35 apartments plus 14,000 S.F. retail $5,000,000;  150,000 S.F. self storage facility Ventura, CA $6,250,000

Extensive and thorough knowledge of California, Arizona and Nevada Real Estate.  100% of all projects were income producing properties with NO delinquencies.

Supervisory Responsibility: Managed two processors and one underwrtiter as well as interfacing with credit administration and the EVP of the bank.

  • Directed Joint-Ventures and Equity Participation's' leading to successful investments on the West & East Coast.
  • Implementation and organization for feasibility studies for existing and to be built projects.
  • Spearheaded computer tracking and reporting system for World Savings & Loan to facilitate project tracking, construction disbursement, percent completion and dollarallocation per project.  90% of all projects weer income producing properties.

Interest
