Performed GMD (Ground Base Midcourse Defense) classified lab management activities spanning complete Systems Engineering and Analysis Test Execution organization(s). The management consisted of diverse architectural design to lab infrastructure based on government and prime contractor requirements. Day to day management included asset management common to Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) Nispom Chapter 8 requirements across multiple classifications. Organizational management support included budgeting and rebuilding of four new state of the art contractor lab areas. Daily responsibilities included day-to-day custodian duties for 2 labs as ISSO over 3 multi-classification networks. In addition the daily management function was to facilitate support to the Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM), ISSO's with modification of Information System Security Profiles (ISSPs) . Additional financial asset management involved coordination with MDA to transfer assets totaling over 700K. Enterprise level website development functions included a security training website leveraging from customized MS Office/MS SQL/CSS and Coldfusion code (using Dreamweaver) which consolidated user training databases, assisting program management to ensure compliance requirements were managed efficiently.
