International Program Manager
Program manager for a multi-million pound program of work including ten scrum teams and a world wide set of clients. Special interest in feature prioritization, based on cost of delay, scrum process optimization and alignment of scrum teams with business priorities in a Rally environment. Managed a major business transformation of 100 branch offices around the world. Established a business model for DevOps.
There was no project governance structure when I started there. I set one up which integrated with the already existing Rally environment and aligned with Amex culture.
