Evaluate faculty and update Program Director as needed. Assist Program Director in implementation of Retention Plan and oversee student retention. Ensure overall student satisfaction levels. Instruct classes as assigned, and fill-in for absent instructors. Scheduled office hours to provide academic support to students, tutor if necessary, and provided other assistance as needed. Participated in faculty meetings, orientations, graduation exercises, and other functions as directed.
Internal Medicine/Pediatrics, traditional practice including inpatient and outpatient duties, doing call, including admissions to the hospital, as well as attending routine and emergent C-sections, and high risk deliveries.

Chief Resident of Combined Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Program. I was responsible for teaching residents and medical students, enabling communication between the Internal Medicine and Pediatrics departments, and resident rotation and clinic schedules. I also continued to maintain my own Continuity Clinic of person patients.
Completed my specialized training in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.
