Within a year of joining employer, took on $6M project six months behind schedule-and led a team to complete it quickly and under budget. Created a one-page dashboard for each team member's roles, implemented to cross-train staff and mitigate redundancies in tasks. Saved $30M by merging operations and data centers on an international level. Converted batch processing application within 90 days into a new process, saving $450K annually and 2 FTEs.Developed in depth task analysis process and procedures, persuading top management to modify an existing procedure, saving 5 hours per week for each programmer.Took over severely delayed timecard application project, evaluated and addressed issues, redirected communication and resources, resulting in the project's completion with six weeks. Implemented UC4 conversion which saved $40K annually in license fees, and reports conversion saving $60K in annual costs.
