Focus on the on the unique brands of pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.Assist Creative Directors and Art Directors with strategic and tactical implementation of proposals (RFPs) and resource allocation management of 21 direct report in-house staff designers and up to 100 contractor hours per week providing creative direction, staff direction, mentoring, process development, documentation and performance measurement. Lead the Design Studio with Motion Design, Print Design, Flash Design and Rich Media teams supporting the six Business areas generating $58 Million business.

Responsible for executing the creative strategy, online brand vision and overseeing the day-to-day site maintenance of 30+ partners for GSI Commerce. Managed a team of Designers, Web Developers, Producers/Traffic Coordinators, Information Architects and Creative Writers. Fully responsible for all of Reebok designs, refreshes, emails and hot-market events. This site generated $8 million in sales in 2006 that continues to climb today. Examples: Adidas account was a $15 million annual ecommerce business site requiring day-to-day designs, ad marketing campaigns, all site refreshes and design strategy. Timberland client benefited from a $12 million online business with the development of a design strategy, thought creation and leadership of product promotion through the use of home page placement and the implementation of Flash Technology. Was the lead creative person for the Rich Internet Application (RIA) Boot Studio where Timberland launched the first online customization outdoor boot.Sample of clients included: adidas, Reebok, Rockport, Timberland, Sports Authority, Dicks Sporting Goods, NHL, NASCAR, Nike, NFL, Liz Claiborne, Russell, Under Armour, Jeep and more.

Responsibilities included: proposal creation and delivery for new proposed site, project scope definition, visual site design and branding, project budgeting and staffing, client and vendor management as well as team project management. During this period the company grew from a $600K site a year to a multi-million dollar site. By hiring outside agencies I was able to supplement the staff with the necessary tools and skills. DevelopedĀ  a world class branded site for Lenox by combining information with eCommerce. Redesigned site won a Philly Gold Award for best ecommerce site.Clients include: Lenox, Dansk, Gorham, Brooks and Bentley and Hartmann.
