David Brown


More than fifteen years of art working experience, including eleven in the video games industry, in a variety of roles. Originally an artist/illustrator for a role playing games company before producing bitmap graphics for the PC and Amiga. Skills have expanded to include the production of concept and promotional artwork, 3D modelling, animation and game/interface design.Responsibilities have similarly broadened, evolving towards a more supervisory role, while continuing to produce content, with experience in scheduling, job allocation and working directly with external producers/clients, delivering on time and to specification.

Created and maintained website and produced promotional materials and videos for the Scottish Enterprise funded organisation as well as providing design input, user interface expertise and digital assets for all internal projects.

Created websites, promotional materials and logos/corporate IDs for a number of clients including, DEM Solutions, Colour Management NZ, Strangeboat, Urban Mammoth and the Kelvin Institute.
