Private pilot since 1986 with over 700 hours of flying experience.

Member of Wing Flying Club Inc. with access to 2 private aircraft (1984 Piper Saratoga, 1980 Piper Archer).

United Excavating & Grading Co. Inc.

Over 20 years of experience of business ownership in land development, 15 years of scouting out lots, as well as 15 years’ experience in the design phase of subdivision.

Developed a way to adjust lot configuration in one subdivision to add 2 additional lots, resulting in $70K more profit for employer and $20K profit for builder

Subdivision development totaled 360 lots, in addition to 8 industrial lots. Also developed an industrial park, including a 15K sq.ft. concrete tilt-up and an additional 17.5K sq.ft. building space.

Strongly negotiated the leases and generally contracted the project. Saved $89K by incorporating underground water detention.

Worked closely with Engineering to develop design ideas from scratch, including the most economical way to install utilities. 

Example includes saving $210K by designing a sanitary sewer solution no one else could accomplish before.

Designed and built a $.5M, 3200 sq.ft. home with the utility costs of a 1000 sq.ft. home.

Designed a major upgrade to an industrial building that added 10% additional parking space.
