  • Sole Construction Adviser and Manager  for over 100 Member Physicians from conception through move in

 Responsibilities:

  • Responsible as Owner 's Representative for managing the construction of Base Building and Tenant Build-outs/Improvement projects
  • Worked directly with the Owner, General Contractors, Subcontractors and Consultants in order to provide a finished product that satisfied the Owner's requirements
  • Maintained thorough and accurate records, reports and correspondence from programming through punch list ensuring that all the Owner's expectations are relayed to the builder

  • Tracked project budget expenditures to ensure budget constraints were met and the project schedule achieved

  Achievements:

  • Implemented a new program to open the club for non-member functions in order to generate additional revenue in the winter of 2001
  • Generated $96,000 in food sales in the first 18 months

 Responsibilities:

  • Sold, coordinated and worked all member and non-member functions which included golf tournaments, black tie affairs, weddings and individual member's private parties for group as small as 20 and as large as 300
  • Created all sales and marketing materials,  full catering packages and sales video
  • Worked directly with the Chef and other in-house staff as well as outside vendors to fulfill the Host/Hostess vision for their events
  • Hired, trained, scheduled and supervised the dining room staff of 15 employees
