Applications Manager/Operations Manager
Managed application design, development, and global roll out of real time web based order inquiry and tracking system interfacing with SAP. Application users included customer service, field sales, and Gillette customers in North America and Europe. Responsible for all phases of global application rollout:
- Led gap analysis workshops with customer service and field sales organizations in North America and several European markets. Organized and led global key user meetings.
- Designed global architecture for application, interfaces with four SAP environments, and web based front end.
- Created application design specifications and supervised ABAP and Domino technical development teams.
- Led rollout of application to Gillette customer sites, distributors, and brokers. Worked with customer service teams to develop rollout process. Visited customer sites when necessary to install and train. Project included setup of hardened web servers, setup and management of digital certificates.
