As Human Resource Manager for both the Business and Indirect Sales Division, I functioned in a generalist capacity supporting a combined Sales organization of approximately 1500 employees geographically dispersed throughout the U.S. Although my responsibility aligned around several areas of focus, Employee Relations was a key priority, I consistently engaged in work far surpassing typical HR management responsibilities. Responsible for partnering in the development and implementation of cross functional HR initiatives and programs to ensure the business is meeting the growth needs of the company. Utilized executive-level coaching skills and analysis as a foundational approach to partnering with leaders to resolve employee-relations and performance issues. Frequently traveled the U.S. to conduct focus groups, employee investigations, provide compliance training and other HR-related training initiatives. Key Achievement: I worked with the Sr. Leadership Team to develop and roll-out a Topgrading and Succession Planning strategy across the entire Indirect Channel. This process included the development of a tool to capture stack rankings and ratings of each employee. Culminated into a Divisional meeting with all leaders to identify and discuss high potential employees develop a strategy for growth and development plans for the following year.
