Eye Contact was formed in 1987 by myself and my spouse, Dr. Brenda Davis to provide primary care vision services in Madison, Wisconsin. I joined the practice on a full-time basis in 1998. There are currently three offices within the corporation, the original location on the west side near West Towne Mall, our downtown office on State Street near the capitol square and our most recent acquisition on the east side near East Towne Mall. We have two additional optometrists in patient care seeing just over 5000 individuals per year and an estimated patient base of approximately 15,000. There are sixteen technical/optical employees – two of which serve as managers, two reception employees and an accountant.
