Salim Moledina

David is a very inspiring leader and coach. He is the kind of Leader that encourages you to THINK and ACT. David was never "missing" when I needed him and never "micromanaging" when I did not want his help. That in my mind is a quality that wins him trust of his subordinates and encourages everyone to work as a well orchestrated TEAM. Knowing that David would always be available when needed and is not scared to jump right in and lead from the front was a big plus.David is also very well read and resourceful - he is able to help arrive at the right win-win solutions that make working with him a pleasure

Art Gabbard

“David brings professionalism and experience to the table that is well appreciated many times over.”

Sashi Chandrasekharan

“I worked with David during our vendor selection and management phase, he is a thorough professional.. David is always looking for opportunities to improve the relationship, he will be in a jiffy if we had any issues and do everything that is needed to fix the problem. He has a very good understanding of the Global Delivery Model and has the tools to implement it effectively. His understanding of different cultures positions him well in his industry. I would recommend him to anyone who has a need for he service.”

Stephanie Copeland

“Dave understands technology, how it can be implemented, leveraged, and used to ensure a product or project's success. Dave can explain technical issues to non technical people and business issues to technical people. He is an effective bridge between the two worlds. Dave displays passion in his job. He is bright, common sensical and fun to work with.”

Niraj Dube

“I am pleased to endorse David -- he is a very knowledgeable, hard-working, and customer-focused person. “David is a "no-frills" executive with an uncanny ability to get "thru" to clients in the very first meeting ! He is very affable, an excellent coach and understands the Discrete Manufacturing space very well !”

Sujoy Bhattacharya

“David had been the best Executive that I have ever reported to. I have learned so much that I can easily state that some of my best client facing qualities have been because of his guidance and constant support. He is very easy to work with. He is able to strike a great relationship with his clients in his first meeting itself. It had been a pleasure working with him.”

Lori Blackman

“David uniquely chose to immerse himself both professionally and personally in global services and its role in globalization more than nine years ago. He has embraced the distances and differences in mindsets, cultures and business practices and has found a brilliantly, down-to-earth capability to bring teams together and deliver outstanding results. Those who have not experienced managing a virtual global team tend to over-simplify the task. And, those who find themselves in the thick of managing such a team tend to over-complicate it. David has set himself apart by successfully finding and achieving a highly sought after balance.”

David Jarvis

“David engages with high energy and delivers on commitments. Period.”

Sangeeta Das

“David was an excellent guide during the engagement when I worked with him and continues to remain as a strong pillar of support, doling out practical advise suited to the situation. He is an amazing manager and provides tremendous support and strength to the team during moments of crisis and believes in resolving situations in a discussion oriented, consultative manner. He is an excellent colleague and manager to work with.”
