Since moving the company to a centralized, global operating model and creating efficiencies across its diverse service lines and support teams, David has moved over into his current role where he is refocusing the global Sales & Marketing teams on advanced solution selling to achieve historic growth levels.

Under his guidance, the company has increased its client footprint by 25% and revenues by 20% YTD. In addition, David has been able to advance the organization's relationships with noteable industry analysts and advisors, with Corbus recognized in multiple ITO and BPO competencies.

As COO, David had the responsibility of overseeing all aspects of the organization's performance and operations that includes the processes, tools and resources spanning the company's geographic footprint that expanded from 3 to 9 countries from 2011 to 2012.

As the Sr. Vice President and Global Business Head for WNS' Manufacturing, Retail & CPG, Telecom and Media & Entertainment business sectors, responsible for new and existing client growth in the Business Process Outsourcing arena which WNS is a leader. With global P&L responsibilties, David oversaw all facets of the business unit, including Sales / Marketing growth initiatives, financial management, industry solution development and deployment and resource management.

David was a member of WNS' Sr. Executive Leadership Team, responsible for contributing to the organization's functional and resource development. In addition, David acted as the N. America chair for the WNS Cares Foundation, the social responsibility arm of WNS, aimed at Educating, Empowering and Enriching the lives of children around the world.

  • Headed expenditure optimization initiative for a Fortune 2000 financial company involving financial analysis, business operations improvements and technology assessments. Resulted in a 20% annual budget improvement.
  • Designed and developed first to market Insurance Broker Collaboration Portal Roadmap, including business process flows, portal components and functionalities, and business case investment justification. Resulted in $7M realized cost savings in first 18 months for International holding company.

Summary

David P. Spencer currently holds the role of Global Head, Sales & Marketing for Corbus LLC.  Joining Corbus in July, 2011, as its Chief Operating Officer, David moved the company to a centralized, global operating model and created efficiencies across its diverse service lines and support teams before moving into his current role where he is refocusing the Sales & Marketing teams to achieve historic growth levels.  Under David's leadership, Corbus LLC has been recognized through industry and organizational awards including 2012 Business of the Year (Dayton), Best Places To Work 2011 & 2012 (Cincinnati, Dayton & India), Golden Peacock Award for Quality 2011-12 (India). 

Mr. Spencer started his career as a Software Engineer and has since advanced into Sr. Executive roles by saving millions of dollars for his clients implementing cost effective and time efficient IT enabled business solutions. With his expertise, he has been able to expand the growth potential for all companies with whom he has built business relations.

Previous to his current role, Mr. Spencer served as an executive coach and client advisor to global Fortune 500 CXO's leading sales, information technology, operations and HR related functions in transforming their operations to meet business objectives. With a total of 27 years of business experience spanning multiple industries including Manufacturing, Retail, CPG, Automotive and Media & Entertainment, the past 14 years have been spent in the IT and Business Process Outsourcing sector, where clients have leveraged his expertise to positively impact desired business results.
