About David Pomerantz New York

A lifetime resident of New York, David Pomerantz has worked for more than two decades building a successful career as a hotel and senior living management professional. After gaining early experience in guest services and budgeting in his role as assistant general manager of the Omni Berkshire Place Hotel, he joined the Tishman Hotel Corporation in 1992. Over the course of seven years, David Pomerantz worked in several prominent hotels across New York and Puerto Rico. During his tenure at the St. Moritz on the Park Hotel, he oversaw 250 employees and played a key role in the enhancement of the establishment’s rooms division.

Since 1999, Mr. Pomerantz has transitioned into the senior living sector, serving in management and executive roles for entities in Scarsdale, Great Neck, and White Plains. More recently, he served in leadership roles with Solutions Advisors Management playing a major role in the opening of a new assisted living community. In this capacity, he created the onboarding process for new employees and handled such logistics as budgeting and permit acquisition. In addition, Mr Pomerantz is a real estate professional holding a New York Real Estate Salesperson license.

David Pomerantz holds a bachelor of arts degree in psychology and sociology from Long Island University graduating with honors. Complementing his professional work when he held a leadership roles in Scarsdale and White Plains, he maintains an interest in New York City history and architecture.
