Led the growth of IDC’s communications industry consulting practice. Developed business, managed relationships and delivered custom research-focused consulting projects to dozens of IT firms, including AT&T/Cingular, Verizon, SBC, BellSouth, Cisco, HP, Sprint and startups. Matrix-managed cross-functional domestic and international project teams. Created corporate consulting strategy as member of Consulting Management Operations Board.

  • Co-led innovative project that forecasted five-year US fiber network capacity against demand, on a city and application-specific level.
