David Parisier has worked in the real estate industry for nearly 24 years, and since August 2002 has served as Managing Director and principal of Paredim Partners LLC, a private real estate development, management, and investment firm based in White Plains, New York. At Paredim Partners, David Parisier has orchestrated the acquisition of a portfolio of 11 multifamily properties which comprise approximately 1,350 units, as well as several residential developments in the New York metropolitan area. David Parisier manages the company's acquisition, financing, and repositioning strategies, as well as a variety of management programs. Prior to founding Paredim Partners, David Parisier served as the Managing Director of Acquisitions at Capital Properties Associates, LP in New York City. In that capacity, he coordinated the origination, underwriting, and acquisition of commercial office and multifamily residential properties, and development sites in the northeastern United States with a focus on Boston, Washington, New York, Philadelphia, and Connecticut localities. During his tenure with Capital Properties Associates, David Parisier completed more than $200 million in acquisitions in Boston and New York, including several prominent transactions in Manhattan. David Parisier earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government with a concentration in Economics from Clark University in May 1987. Mr. Parisier also holds an MBA from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University. While studying for his MBA, Mr. Parisier completed extensive coursework in finance, strategic management, real estate financing and law, and marketing. Mr. Parisier also undertook a management advisory project in which he analyzed the Manhattan Midtown West office market to assist an international bank in planning a real estate lending policy. He later presented his findings to senior bank officials. David Parisier is a member of the Young Men’s and Women’s Real Estate Association of New York and has served as the Co-chairman of the Young Professionals Organization of the Children's Hearing Institute at Manhattan Eye, Ear, & Throat Hospital. In his spare time, he enjoys squash, golf, skiing, bicycling, and tennis.
