VRTX Technologies

I was recruited to turn around a struggling water treatment company.  The company has disruptive technology to eliminate the need for chemicals to treat water in cooling towers.  We were successful in changing the company from selling equipment to a build, own, and operate business model providing easier market entry and a recurring revenue stream.  Currently the company is attracting interest from several major water treatment companies for potential acquisition.
