  • Managed team of up to 12 technology professionals consisting of engineers, developers, technicians and analysts.
  • Increased customer satisfaction of internal clients from %64 to %87
  • Provide infrastructure and support for 150 users consisting of virtual employees, remote office workers and traditional desktop users.
  • Implemented standardized end user support structure for internal clients, including after hours support.
  • Oversaw internal software development efforts for internal and external clients.
