I have a great deal of interest in computing, gaming, athletics, nutrition, music, people, and learning.

Providing Member services such as: Loan payments, mortgage payments, credit card payments, balance inquiries, withdrawals, deposits and other basic banking procedure.
I provided Tier One Help Desk support to Faculty and Staff members.

-Problem Solving and Troubleshooting of Hardware and Software issues
-Driver support, reformats, loading windows/OSX, reinstalls, high level application debugging
-Installation of memory, hard drives, and cd-rom.
-Transportation and Safety Management of Equipment
-Assisting with maintenance and management of disc images, IE building and copying

Private networking access: Understanding shared space and "helios" accounts. (In Suny Potsdam, a Helios is a shared space all faculty and staff received as part of of the SUNY Potsdam Network)
Providing support for the local Intranet: Supporting student and faculty "SUNY" accounts: Password changes and account management.
I was involved in SUNY CTS(Computer Technology Services) relations with the student body via the student assembly.
I am currently attending SUNY Ulster with hope that I can further my abilities as a troubleshooter.
The Applied Associates in Science degree prepares me to get the Cisco Certified Network Associates(CCNA) and the Cisco Certified Network Professionals degree(CCNP), as well as becoming A+ certified.
