"Dave was a key member of our senior management team at Iggys House, helping us grow our business in a very tough market for the real estate industry. His leadership in the area of technology operations helped us to quickly build and launch the IggysHouse.com web site, delivering a scalable, industrial-strength infrastructure while achieving considerable cost savings. His leadership in product development allowed us to launch new products, enhancing the customer experience and diversifying our revenue base. Dave was able to cement strategic partnerships that let us leverage external resources rather than a more costly approach of building those capabilities in-house. Finally, Dave played an important supporting role in the filing of our IPO in 2007 by effectively communicating our technology vision for investors, partners and customers. "Dave and I worked together on designing an SDLC process for both large and small projects which proved to be a very effective methodology for the IT organization at DeVry Inc. Throughout the entire design process, Dave’s strength was his ability to see the “Big Picture” and relate that to the individual needs of the PMO and development divisions. He was organized and very detailed oriented in his approach. Dave always had an open door policy and that policy extended to anyone who worked in IT. He believed in teamwork and that meant the entire team. In one particular case, Dave provided guidance on how to solve a “delicate issue” in the best possible manner. Dave’s biggest strength is his ability to use new technologies to deliver solutions. He is a true entrepreneur who is able to learn quickly and apply what he has learned to a particular situation. He would be an asset to any organization who is in need of someone who can “think outside the box."

Mila Landau
