Since 1985, David has worked in an advisory role or as a senior executive for leading global information companies, including McGraw Hill, Thomson, Dun & Bradstreet, Nielsen, Houghton Mifflin, and Macmillan. He has extensive experience in developing growth strategies, post merger integration, profit improvement, pricing strategy, and global expansion. As Chief Strategy Officer for Thomson's legal and regulatory business, David played a key role in the expansion into a wider array of software and services businesses. In addition, David has driven business development activity and directly managed the leading legal industry consulting businesses. He serves on the board of two firms providing services to the legal industry. Education and prior experience: Chief Strategy Officer, Thomson Legal and Regulatory Founding Partner, The Parthenon Group Co-Founder, MIR Director of Business Planning, PepsiCo Manager, Bain & Company.
