- Managed numerous extremely complex and politically sensitive projects requiring an extraordinary level of attention to detail and project team guidance for clients such as State of California, Orange County Transportation Authority, Riverside County Transportation Commission, and private land developers.
- Developed the project management abilities of others to perform at a higher level of effectiveness through formal and informal training.
Created Caltrans relocation program that oversaw all Caltrans related utility relocation projects. Developed process and procedures manual and conducted training for project management teams to increase team efficiency.
