Recruited and selected to provide direction and leadership for all aspects of construction in the company. Set up key performance measurements against goals set forth by the Division President. Established procedures for reporting, project controls, employee and subcontractor relations. Revised floor plans, executed change orders, created start packages for field personnel, established web based portal to bridge information between subcontractors, construction managers and sales team. Recruited and hired strong team members to keep up with the demand of housing which closings doubled from 150 in 2013 to nearly 300 in 2015. Increased home sales in-turn by reducing build times by 30 days on average. Increased quality and reduced warranty with the introduction of the Quality Control program.
