I increased the productivity of this area by 60% during my time there.

Campaigner I worked in the campaigns department for a local charity that operates the local council leisure centres. I worked from Clayton Green Sports Centre, the role was a combination of face to face and tele-marketing sales with new/existing members. The role was targeted against headcount and revenue which must all be met for commission to be paid, I exceeded all targets whilst there. The role also had extensive customer service within it, account management and problem solving.

Telesales Executive I joined Contentys Ltd t/a Local Link Up in Sept 2010 as a Telesales Executive with the objective of selling Google SEO packages to SME's across all sectors. Whilst there was no specific training given and given my lack of experience in this type of role/sector, I succeeded to become one of the top 25% in the office. Whilst relatively successful I soon discovered this was not the type of work I was seeking so I left to explore new opportunities.

Sole Director The role was that of mortgage and protection adviser to retail and business clients on a face to face basis either in their homes or latterly in my office. I covered all sectors from self cert to prime mortgages, secured loans, debt management, conveyancing, general insurance and protection. Although I did not work to targets, I did work under a compliance framework as an Appointed representative of Pink Home Loans for 5 years and always maintained an‘ excellent' grade. I self generated an income in excess of £40, 000. Unfortunately this business suffered due to the collapse of the mortgage market and I left my high st office in Dec 2008 and spent the next 18 months or so diversifying the business offering. The Ltd Company ceased trading in 2010 with no liabilities.
