Seeking new opportunities
Field sales role which encompassed the full sales cycle from appointment making to the presentation of the company product. Salaried with a commission package and car allowance.
Agent selling sainsbury's credit cards to sainsbury's customer in stores across the North West region. This position was self employed.
I worked for a national company specialising in the homeowner loan market, the role involved collecting payments on a weekly basis in the Blackburn area together with dealing with customer issues, account problems and the issuing of new loans, HP and vouchers as and when required. I increased the productivity of this area by 60% during my time there.
Campaigner I worked in the campaigns department for a local charity that operates the local council leisure centres. I worked from Clayton Green Sports Centre, the role was a combination of face to face and tele-marketing sales with new/existing members. The role was targeted against headcount and revenue which must all be met for commission to be paid, I exceeded all targets whilst there. The role also had extensive customer service within it, account management and problem solving.
Sole Director The role was that of mortgage and protection adviser to retail and business clients on a face to face basis either in their homes or latterly in my office. I covered all sectors from self cert to prime mortgages, secured loans, debt management, conveyancing, general insurance and protection. Although I did not work to targets, I did work under a compliance framework as an Appointed representative of Pink Home Loans for 5 years and always maintained an‘ excellent' grade. I self generated an income in excess of £40, 000. Unfortunately this business suffered due to the collapse of the mortgage market and I left my high st office in Dec 2008 and spent the next 18 months or so diversifying the business offering. The Ltd Company ceased trading in 2010 with no liabilities.
