  • I Identified serious limitations with Home Loans margin reporting and engaged with a customer analytics resource to drive usable and accurate margins for Home Loans front book and back book at both Channel and Product level - these insights were subsequently used to inform pricing decisions at the ALT level

Between 2000 - 2003 I was a project Accountant with AIG Europe Ltd, delivering amongst other projects a re-engineering and automated bank account reconciliations process, and automated claims/accounts payable payment system which moved AIG from manual cheque processing to an automated payments system and a Value Added Tax project which enabled AIG to claim ~$3m of tax monies

1999 - 2000 i had moved from London back to Dublin and worked in contract roles in finnace based roles such as Lennon Hearne Crotty an insurance brokers which was a maternity leave cover of the company bookeeper

Between Oct ’98 and March ’00 I worked in contract employment with LGT Bank of Liechtenstein (on a SunAccounts implementation and Bank of Bermuda (subsequently HSBC) performing shareholders services reconciliations in Dublin while I did a course in Trinity College
