Technical Team Leader for NHS Choices

Responsible for a team of 15 developers working on the www.nhs.uk website.  NHS Choices was a SharePoint content publishing platform with hundreds of content editors, hundreds of thousands of content pages which at the time ranked it #1 largest SharePoint implementation in the world.  I was responsible for one of the three development teams who took one 'release' through requirement definition, design, implementation, testing support, release and finally handover to BAU.
