As Customer Relationship Management Service Desk Level II Technical team member provided remote desktop hardware and software support. Installed, maintained, tested and troubleshot software packages.  Remediation of virus and malware infections.  Selected to join Level II Provisioning team and currently provision network and email accounts, creates, grants and limits access to network shares using Active Directory. Later assumed additional Clinical Application MyChart Support responsibilities including caregiver proxy setups and access.

Cleveland Municipal School District trained and managed 15 technicians during the successful deployment of 1647 PCs across 5 new school buildings. Completed all 5 sites on time for go live and under budget.

Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services managed inventory, shipping/receiving and reporting of 4000 workstations to ODJFS sites in all of Ohio's counties.

First Merit Bank trained and supervised 5 technicians during the successful server and workstation upgrade in all 171 Ohio and Western PA branches.

Fulton County Government interviewed, hired and supervised field managers during the PC deployment across multiple sites.
