Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services managed inventory, shipping/receiving and reporting of 4000 workstations to ODJFS sites in all of Ohio's counties.

First Merit Bank trained and supervised 5 technicians during the successful server and workstation upgrade in all 171 Ohio and Western PA branches.
