As well I have furthered my education in Lean and Six Sigma as Ontario Northland practices these methodologies and am prepared to complete my Green belt certification exam.

As a scrum master in the PMO I spent 3 months with one on one coaching from a certified senior scrum master who trained, consulted, provided guidance and advice on all of my actions and team meetings.

I furthered my education obtaining my formal designation and provided internal guidance and training of the PMO on agile and scrum. I documented processes and held interactive training sessions across departments and assisted Product Owners and Development Teams on multiple project.

Led 3 major projects during my time at MHS:

- Creating a new clinician portal for administering  and managing psychological assessments
- Building a new E-comm website for MHS
- Migrating clients data to new servers

I was also an active member of the social committee at MHS and took part in various volunteer initiatives for the Toronto Kiwanis Boys and Girls club

As a project manager on the client services team for a SaaS based organization, I took the initiative to self educate in Lean and Kanban process, and implement changes that assisted in streamlining our client launches and improve our deployment times by 60%. Sat in on product development team scrum training for cross department education, and developed new agile project methods for the client services team as well as implemented new project management tools such as Trello.

I took an active role in restructuring the client services department and job duties of the team and was a leading member of the social committee.
