iOS & Mac French & English Technical Support:
Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
Assist customers and companies in setting up and troubleshooting their devices.
Give expert support for iOS or OS X device (iPhone, iPad, iPod, Apple Watch, MacBook, MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, Mac Pro).
Team & Supervisor Work:

Unblock technical points of the docks 1 &2.
Manage the operational steps of a WO.
Update the WOs Aircraft progress report for AIRBUS.
Forecast of workers to comply with the production planning.
Daily reporting of the production's progress.
Organize meetings and events of the production line.
Create and manage NCs (non-conformities) on the production line.
Create rework reports according the ME (Manufacturing Engineering).
DQN (Design quarry note):
Study & Analyse DQNs.
Quality check of the electrical harnesses schematics.
Create electrical schematics according to ME.
Establish the SQCDP for the prototype projects.
Establish visual indicators for the progression of the production line.
Establish the “Lead-time” for the production line.
Establish the “Value Stream Mapping” for the production line.
Stock / Logistics:
Planning & forecast of stocks.
Expeditions and receptions of deliveries and packages.
