Mercedes-Benz (Passenger Cars)
Key player in the running of business unit. Responsible for the analysis of the business environment, competitor's product and sales strategy, consumption behaviour of our target audience and thereafter developing corresponding business plan and sales strategy.
Other responsibilities include:
-Servicing of High-Net-Worth Client
-Management of Sales Team (17 directs) ensuring they fulfil their target and meet other deliverables,
-Policy Planning and Implementation for new initiatives and improvement projects,
-Setup and maintenance of the online Sales Kit and Sales Order Processing System,
-Day to Day Operation of the Retail Showroom,
-Support Marketing effort in terms of Promotions, Events and Customer Engagement,
-Recruitment and Training of new staffs,
-Ensure conformance to Principal's Standard Guidelines, (100% conformance 6 years running)
-Identified and groomed as part of the company's "Leaders Accelerated Program" 2009- 10".
