As an advocate for hybrid journalism, Dave Sniadak has spent his career refining his creative vision for the sake of efficient and effective storytelling. Whether on the sidelines of an NFL stadium, or along the frozen trails of the Alaskan Wilderness, Dave’s experiences have led to a truly unique approach towards telling your stories.

A graduate of Heidelberg College in Tiffin, Ohio, Dave learned early on the importance of utilizing a hybrid production process. Refining his all around skillset – from shooting and producing, to editing and even serving as on camera talent –  Dave’s career path has taken him from coast to coast, working in newsrooms big and small and with companies that serve both local communities and global customers.

His passion for telling – and selling – a client story has allowed him to travel tens of thousands of miles, reaching every corner of the continent in order to deliver powerful content that drives awareness for the products, processes and the people that push business above the bottom line.

I have worked with hundreds of videographer/reporters (Hybrid Journalists) Dave's ability to tell a story with compelling video is the best of any of them.

During our tenure with The Red Baron Squadron Dave and I worked together on numerous occasions orchestrating media interaction utilizing the aircraft with their unique capabilities. I always appreciated the professional manner in which Dave pursued his visions, and his readiness to accommodate any restrictions imposed by my department to maintain the safety and airworthiness of the aircraft during those interactions. I would readily recommend Dave for any future venture he may pursue.

Dave has been a great resource in conveying our branding and messaging through the digital/video medium. As a Project Manager, one of the key requirements is finding a way to bundle all the different ideas, snippets and concepts - from multiple sources, and putting them in to some sort of coherent linear sequence which makes sense and targets the intended audience. Dave’s done a great job in combining all our random thoughts into a cohesive statement. He also keeps in constant communication as the projects have progressed. An important, but often overlooked quality when you’re not working in “…the next cubicle over”. Honest, candid and a hands-on person who we look forward to working on the next batch of projects.

Dave is an absolute professional. He has a knack for story-telling through video like no other I have seen. His level of integrity is worth mentioning - you can count on him to do what he says and to tell you the truth always. He's conscientious with budget and not only delivers on-time, but provides a product that will delight every time. I will work with Dave again and again.

Dave has demonstrated tremendous attention to detail, story telling ability and enthusiasm every step of the way while producing videos for us at the Builders Association. While his video work, editing and professionalism are great, I was just as impressed by his prep work before the project. Realizing that videos were a new endeavor for us, he went out of his way to understand our message and produce something that conveyed it
