Managing Editor- Scat was a fiercely independent local print publication, based on the literary style of the Talk of the Town section of the New Yorker, showcasing local literary talent and chronicling the unique culture and real life characters that make New Orleans one of the most interesting cities on the planet. Generated advertising revenue to support the magazine by developing staunch support from the diverse local business community. Supporters included Morning Call, Aidan Gill, Mikimoto, Trashy Diva, Sabai, Bacchanal, Chiwawa Gaga, Sukho Thai, The Maple Leaf Bar, National Art & Hobby, Vegas, The Bywater Art Market, Miss Claudia's, Café Degas, Funrockin, Pals Lounge, The New Orleans Music Exchange, Hanson King Gallery, Bonny Doon Vineyard, Cameron Jones, Arthur Roger Gallery, Snug Harbor, More Fun Comics, PetCetera, Nirvana, Spa Isabel, Maple Street Bookshop, Scriptura, Carl Mack, Louisiana Music Factory and many, many more.
