    • Sound experience of Secondary Corporate bond settlements. Implemented the exchange based clearing settlement system for Citicorp Capital Markets td, Citibank & other affiliates with close co-ordination with NSE (National Stock Exchange of India td)
    • Coordination with regulatory authorities like C-Brics, NSE India, NSCCIL, FIMMDA for settlement related matters
    • Actively involved in the formulation of Investment Policy, Product Programs, Operational Procedures within the regulatory framework for the legal vehicle

    • Co-ordination with Investor Sales team, Merchant Banker & Issuer right from pre issue till the final corporate actions of the issue
    • Facilitate & co-ordinate the investment payment’s from Investor’s pool to Issuer irrespective of the location of the investor & to promptly solve all the queries of investors
    • Generate MIS on the trade issuances & keeping Merchant Banker, Sales Team, Issuer & RTA updated on the settlement status of the trade issue
    • Share an excellent rapport with the Issuers, Investors & their custodians

    Internal Activities


    • Documenting & Testing Resource and application requirements for the unit under Continuity of Business Plan
    • Conducting Risk and Control assessment audit for operations segment for CCML and also to the bank legal vehicle on quarterly basis
    • Documenting & Testing Call-tree activity under COB plan(Continuation of business)
    • Testing business Key Risk Indicator activity on quarterly basis for operations & finance segment
    • Co-ordination for Annual Credit Rating Certification from CRISIL
    • Implementation & Adherence of Clean desk policy & other Info-sec Policies


    Internal Control Unit Activities


    • Handling Product Processor Reconciliation for group/affiliates on daily basis
    • Conducting E-Recon proofing on monthly basis for affiliate companies. To elaborate E-Recon is a in-house regional proofing package where in the Asset, Liabilities, Receivables and Payable balances are proofed every month
    • Coordinating with finance team for extracting the accounting parameters for new proofing accounts
    • Providing Training to new users on proofing submission methodology and informing them the basics of account parameters definitions
    • Coordination with regional finance team and providing them updates on country level submission on proofing package
    • Excellent rapport with finance team and proof submission users enabling to ensure no breach in proof submission deadlines
    • Handling Bank Reconciliation for group/affiliates on daily /weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
    • Resolving of ageing and deferred balances of group/affiliates on daily basis
    • Tracking of Inactive system accounts for group companies on semi-annual basis
    • Conducting profile reviews for third party applications used by group companies

    System Enhancements & Implementations

    • Set up of Loans & Deposit Module And Journal Entry Voucher module under FLEX CUBE accounting module for 2 group companies in Dec 2014
    • Implementation of E-Dealer application for fixed income segment in 2012
    • Played a vital role in implementing the NSE settlement platform of C-Bric's reporting, FIMMDA F-trac reporting platform for affiliate companies
