- Include After sales activities like Allotments, Recoveries, Tracking Payment Schedules, Follow ups calls/mails for timely payments, Issuing Demand Notes/Reminders, All other formalities with regard to transfer/cancellation/refund/buy back/conversion of Payment Plans of properties of the company
- Site Inspection with Clients and Negotiation, due diligence for best deals.
- Have Database of Clients and interact on daily basis to take requirement and serve them better.
- Maximize revenue generation and lead closers.
- Introducing innovative ideas and sales strategies to meet objectives.
- Appointing & managing Team members & coordinating with them for business generation for organization and justification of their sales targets.
