·Drive area sales and profit plans to budget through successful leadership, organizational planning, customer service, and outstanding execution of all field and operations strategies.
·Manage the business by effectively using sales reports, assessing district results, and developing specific actions directly related to business development and growth.
·Lead and direct the development of district level sales goals and action plans for store teams directly tied into measurable results and timely execution
·Ensure associates are current with product knowledge through coaching, formalized training , and developmental assessments
·Assure that trends of underperformance are formally addressed, with clear and documented performance improvementplans
·Evaluate the customer experience by observing shopping behaviors, associate interaction with the customer , and reviewingcustomer satisfaction/retention surveys
·Ensure the overall people plan of the area reflects high standards, bench and succession planning, coupled with consistent mentoring and people development
·Administer Human Relation policies and procedures and ensure consistent compliance between stores
·Consistently and effectively communicates the company objectives to all store management teams through organizing and scheduling conference calls and email communication
·Establish processes to ensure stores have accountability to expectations on a consistent and timely basis
