I began blogging in May 2006 as a creative outlet for both my love of video games and writing. Over the past 3 years I have served as editor in chief and writer for and have contributed over 2000 articles to the site.

I'm currently looking to branch out and feel comfortable writing about a wide range of topics. While the main ones would fall under the technology/gadget tent I feel at home writing about:

  • Video Games
  • Technology & Gadgets
  • Movies Blu-Ray (news, reviews)
  • Disney (theme parks, movies and culture)
  • Music
  • Green Living
  • Weight Loss struggle and Dieting

No topics are off-limits, and all offers are seriously considered.

Work experience

May 2006Present

A blog I started focusing on video games and video game culture. In addition to starting the site and doing the lion share of the design work I was also the Editor in Chief from it's inception in May 2006 to May 2009. Running the site gave me experience in designing wordpress themes, CSS programming and hosting/server operation.

In addition to the back-end running of the site I also wrote 5-15 articles a week, focusing on original editorials, reviews, features instead of feeding up the most recent press release. I fell this approach set us apart from other gaming sites where the same articles seemed to appear again and again.

The New Media department is responsible for all file conversion, compression and DVD Authoring for NFL Films. This includes but is not limited to preparing files for internet/DVD/Broadcast viewing, DVD authoring for mainstream releases though Warner Brothers, scanning and preparing photos for inclusion in shows and more.

A wide range of tasks require a wide range of programs and I need to use many such as Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Adobe's Creative Suite (Photoshop) Sonic's DVD author/encoder, Scenarist and more.

I have authored more than 40 titles for national release including the 41 disc set for America's Game.

We also help local police departments enhance footage to catch the bad guys. It's a public service and we will usually take in grainy, dark and otherwise compromised footage and try to clean it up enough to help the police catch the suspects.

Web Developer

Virtua Health

Web developer primarily responsible for our Physician "portal" which was for the sole use of doctors where they could check lab results, schedule tests, look at upcoming training seminars, etc.

I was responsible for 4 monthly HTML email newsletters that people could sign up for. Each newsletter had to have fact/figures and formatted nicely for subscribers. Attention to detail and the ability to work under an exact deadline was a must.

Other members of the web team were responsible for our internet and intranet sites though I stepped in to help out on various projects when needed. They could range from simple HTML or Coldfusion pages to something more complex that required database programming like class sign-ups of questionnaires.

Wrote in HTML, Coldfusion and Javascript primarily but also had to dabble in SQL, XHTML and others.
