- Responsible for making sure that Stocks are updated on regular basis. Analyzed and suggested changes in the Store staff and necessary items.
- Counting cash drawers with cashier before or after a shift to make sure they are consisting with records. Support administrative and management task.
- Responsible for hiring employees to work within the same department & Able to motivate a team and work with others in a collaborative framework.
- Transfer certain direct work to employees like restock certain items and Prepare Store Display when necessary. Manage all internal and external activities of store.
- Responsible for Bonus and increments. Promote and monitor the quality of service among the staff through training and by acting as positive role model.
