While obtaining a bachelors’ degree in finance at San Diego State University, I learned a great deal about financial modeling and planning.I have continued to use these skills, along with the legal training I acquired in law school, to do such jobs as trying to determine the value of assets and investments through tax documents, researching legal issues such as tax fraud, analyzing financial forecasts of potential investments, and providing feedback to start-ups regarding their business models.
During my time in law school at the University of San Diego, I further developed my writing and research abilities. I have also found myself in many situations where I had to rely not just on myself but on others as well.In these instances, I have always been able to work cohesively with a team in order to achieve the desired results.
I am currently looking to bring my education in finance and law to a company in order to utilize my legal training, research abilities, and financial knowledge.
